The Argentinian grass-fed striploin comes fresh, in one piece of 2,1 KG . Famous for its juicy and tender meat, we recommend to cook it evenly and seasoned with pepper and salt.
Can be frozen for longer preservation.

Produced in Pampa, Argentinia, this piece of meat called striploin is composed of 3 different muscles and is famous for its tenderness and juicy meat. Thanks to its generous marbling of natural fat, it adds an incredible texture of softness and beefy flavour. A classic and well balanced piece of beef!

How to eat?

For a perfect grilled meat, the striploin needs to be cooked evenly to preserve its tenderness. Coat the meat with a drizzle of olive oil, salt and pepper.
