Discover Bain Marie’s tenderloin beef, a tender and succulent beef with a savoury mushroom sauce. A festive dish for the coming holidays!

Cooked under vacuum to keep the tenderness and all the savours of the meat inside, it is seasoned with rosemary, thyme, garlic, and olive oil. A creamy mushroom sauce made with white wine, whipping cream and chicken broth spices up the tenderloin beef.

  • To enjoy this delicious meal, prepare hot water in a container and soak the tenderloin beef for 15 minutes. Let the steak warm up without cooking it as it is already cooked. Then, roast each side of the beef in a pan for 3-4 minutes to have a nice colour. Bon appétit!
