Founded in the early 2000s by Sandy and Andy Rose, Two Hoots Cheese grew from Sandy’s hobby and farming experience. They started with a smallholding in Hampshire in the early 90’s, and after being suggested to try making cheese from their goats’ milk, their journey began with their first batch in 1999, made in a kitchen bucket and hung in a muslin bag in the shower.
This exceptional blue cheese wedge, hailing from Two Hoots Dairy in Hampshire, offers a delightful blend of sweetness, creaminess, and richness. Made from pasteurized milk, it harmoniously combines a buttery sweetness with the tanginess of traditional blue cheeses, all without the typical sharpness.
This cheese becomes a culinary delight when paired with a drizzle of truffle-infused honey.
Store in the fridge, wrapped in cheese paper, and consume within a few days.
