Founded in 1904, Cantina Sociale “Ai Vini delle Langhe” is a historic winemaking cooperative in Italy. Over the years, it faced challenges but was revitalized by Alfredo Prunotto and later acquired by the Antinori family in 1994. They focused on vineyards and terroir, producing acclaimed wines like Barolo Bussia and Nizza. Today, Prunotto continues to explore its terroir’s potential with a commitment to high-quality winemaking.

Prunotto’s Barolo presents itself with a deep garnet-red hue. Its refined and abundant bouquet combines subtle spicy hints with the fragrance of flowers and small red fruits. On the palate, it exhibits an intense and harmonious profile, featuring velvety, gentle tannins. The wine’s conclusion is marked by a long-lasting and opulent finish.
