This Beaujolais-Villages is made from Chardonnay blanc vines, which has been in the owning family since 1809.
It is using the traditional Beaujolais winemaking technique. Vines are planted in dense rows, the harvest is by hand and grappes are used whole to extract the juice.
This white wine reveals sweet spices in the mouth, and vanilla aroma.
