This Beaujolais-Villages is made from Chardonnay vines planted on the southern slopes of the estate, which has been in the owning family since 1809. Unlike traditional Beaujolais-Villages, which are red using Gamay grappes, this wine is white. It has an elegant pale yellow appearance and displays mineral and white flower notes. It will accompany perfectly salmon, poultry, goat cheese or a lemon tart. It is to be enjoyed within 3 years from harvest and served at 10-12°C.
Food Pairing:
Grilled Sausages, Cold Cuts, Pâté, Salad
