Beef Heart of Rump, Angus Grass-Fed (Frozen) – Argentina comes from the leanest and most tender part of the rump, sourced from pasture-raised Angus cattle. This cut is prized for its fine grain, deep flavor, and excellent texture when cooked properly.
Its bold, beefy character pairs beautifully with a glass of Castillon Côtes de Bordeaux AOC, L’Hetre, 2018, whose structure and subtle oak notes complement grilled or seared red meat.
Thaw in the fridge overnight. Cook whole on a hot grill or pan for 3–4 minutes per side for medium-rare, then rest for 5 minutes before slicing against the grain.
