Sirloin can be pan-fried, grilled or roasted. For quick cooking, it will be tastier if pan-fried with a little fat, as the fat surrounding it is not enough to protect it from the intense heat of a grill.
To impress your guests, you can pair it with a fruity red wine, such as a Saint-Estèphe or a Médoc.
