Produced in Pampa, Argentinia, this piece of meat called striploin is composed of 3 different muscles and is famous for its tenderness and juicy meat.
This beef has been raised without hormones, antibiotics, with sustainability and wellfare certification, Halal and Angus certified.
Thanks to its generous marbling of natural fat, it adds an incredible texture of softness and beefy flavour. A classic and well balanced piece of beef!
