These 2 Beef Tenderloin Steaks are made from Charolais beef, vastly appreciated by connoisseurs for its extremely flavoursome meat.
Healthy and natural, Charolais beef cattle only eat grass, fodder and cereals. They grow at their own natural pace, to ensure exceptionally high-quality meat.
This piece is an extremely tender and lean cut of beef, perfet accompanied with some greens.
Cooking rec: Preheat the oven to 120°C. Heat a frying pan with some fat and brown the steaks on both side over high heat. Remove from pan, season with salt and pepper. Wrap the steacks in aluminium foil and put them in the oven between 5 to 10 minutes depending on your taste.
