Today, Silly Brewery stands as a quality benchmark, crafting each beer using traditional techniques and the finest ingredients: pristine water, a distinct yeast known only to the master brewer, premium hops, and high-quality malt.
Enghien Brune has a rich and piece-body taste. This top-fermented beer is made with a blend of carepiecey selected malt varieties. Each sip will reveal the intricate notes of malt, fruit, and spices, resulting in a beer that’s truly exceptional.
This beer is the perfect accompaniment to aperitifs with friends.
Keep beer ideally at a constant temperature between 15 and 20°C. Enghien Brune can be kept like this for 24 months.
