Noire de Slack is a rich, coastal stout from Brasserie des 2 Caps (Brasserie Noyon) in Tardinghen, Pas‑de‑Calais, inspired by the Slack valley and the sea breezes of the Opal Coast. Brewed with roasted malts, this stout pours a deep black with a thick, creamy head and delivers classic notes of espresso, dark chocolate, and a hint of liquorice. The palate is smooth and comforting, with a gentle bitterness and a long, slightly smoky finish.
At 5.4% ABV and in a generous 750 ml bottle, Noire de Slack is ideal for sharing and brings a celebratory touch to any table – serve it well‑chilled (4–8°C) in a stout glass or tumbler to enjoy its deep, roasty aromas and creamy head.
