Brewing beer is a traditional skill that has been passed down through 6 generations at the Silly brewery. Founded in 1850 and is today a reference in terms of quality. Each beer is brewed according to traditional methods with the best ingredients: pure water, unique yeast of which only the master brewer knows the secret, the best hops and quality malt.
Silly Blanche is a top-fermented white beer with 5% alcohol. A white beer is a brew made with barley malt and wheat malt. It has a more acidic taste than other beers. Silly Blanche flavour is extremely fresh, with coriander playing an effective thirst-quenching role. The tasting continues with a great thrill from the dried orange peel.
It’s the perfect accompaniment to aperitifs with friends. It is also ideal to serve this beer at the beginning of a meal or with seafood.
