Brewing beer is a traditional skill that has been passed down through 6 generations at the Silly brewery. Founded in 1850 and is today a reference in terms of quality. Each beer is brewed according to traditional methods with the best ingredients: pure water, unique yeast of which only the master brewer knows the secret, the best hops and quality malt.
Saison beer is a style of Belgian beer with a predominantly spicy, peppery profile and a slightly dry palate. They have a fairly low alcohol content, 5% for Silly Saison. Its taste is remarkable, light and favourably combined with a modestly sweet and fruity tone, leaving a refreshing impression on the palate that leaves you asking for more.
It’s the perfect accompaniment to aperitifs with friends but also your meals. It goes perfectly with green vegetables or fish.
