Often considered as the world’s finest ham, Jamon Iberico de Bellota is made of black-footed pigs bred exclusively in the Iberian province, which are fed antioxidant-rich corns during their final months.
This cured ham has a very distinctive taste, as it’s sweet and salty with a small hint of roasted nut.
Try it with a slice a bread on its own or add it to a charcuterie board for a luxurious tapas night!

I bought all 3 types of jamon i.e. bellota, Cebo de Campo, Serrano. Their tastes are as good as their types suggested (the Serrano actually was much better than those I tried in Spain!). But the meat of all 3 types have a lot of tendon so their texture is too chewy for me.
