Bleu de Provence is a very original cheese designed for lovers of blue-veined and creamy cheese. Marriage between cow’s milk and sheep’s milk, its successive layers of Mascaporne and blue-veined cheese are reminiscent of one of the transalpine specialties: Gorgonzola with Mascarpone.
Its rich and generous nature is highly appreciated locally by spreadable cheese lovers. Delicious on toast or cooked to enhance a dish or simply as a dessert.
Can be stored for up to 3-4 weeks in the fridge in its packaging.
