Bordeaux AOC, Sauvignon Blanc by Hubert De Boüard, 2018

Everything you can expect from a Sauvignon Blanc.
Its clear yellow dress offers a nose of citrus (grapefruit, lemon), green apple and crisp pear.
In the mouth, the wine is slightly acidic, mineral with a nice aromatic freshness. Characterisics notes of citrus, green apple, pear with hints of oak, buxus. A lemony and salty long finish.
