Fast forward two centuries, and Fortwenger’s renowned gingerbread and bredele continue to be crafted with unwavering respect for the founder’s traditions: premium ingredients, a dash of indulgence, and a generous dose of expertise!
Bredele are biscuits traditionally baked in Alsace, France. The tradition is for each family to bake its own, and then offer it as a Christmas gift to every person surrounding them.
