Made by La Ferme de Tremblaye near by Paris, Brie Fermier is a selected by Rodolphe Lemeunier as an exceptional product you should definitely try. The soft bloomy rind brie is full of flavours: butter, cream and mushrooms. It takes its name from the town of Brie where it originally comes from and it is called ‘fermier’ because it is made in a farm and produced by the milk of the producer’s own herd. Small production, this unique product will please your palate for sure. Add a cider sparkling drink, it would be perfect.
