Made by La Ferme de Tremblaye near by Paris, Brie Fermier is a selected by Rodolphe Lemeunier as an exceptional product you should definitely try. It takes its name from the town of Brie where it originally comes from and it is called ‘fermier’ because it is made in a farm and produced by the milk of the producer’s own herd.
Small production, this unique product will please your palate for sure. The soft bloomy rind brie is piece of flavours: butter, cream and mushrooms.
