Hailing from the granite-rich slopes of Brouilly, the southernmost and most expansive of the Beaujolais Crus, this 2024 cuvée by Tano Pechard captures the joyful, expressive spirit of Gamay. In the glass, it displays a brilliant ruby-violet hue with bright, translucent clarity.
The nose bursts with energetic aromas of crushed wild strawberries, dark red cherries, and delicate violet blossoms, accented by a subtle granitic minerality. On the palate, it delivers a supple, juice-forward mouthfeel with velvety tannins and a mouthwatering acidity that makes every sip effortlessly refreshing.
Serve slightly chilled. It is exceptionally versatile at the table, pairing seamlessly with charcuterie platters featuring Parma Ham, smoked pork loin, creamy cheeses like or a classic roasted chicken.
