Sassy Ciders offers a full range of flavours using 5 different varieties of apples harvested near the Chateau de Sassy, to create their signature freshness in sweet, sour or mineral profiles. The recipe, patiently developed and carefully guarded, is inspired by the cider served at Château de Sassy. It has been reworked with Maison Sassy two Michelin-starred chefs to satisfy the most demanding palates and give pleasure to those who taste it.
Cider with a good balance between the dryness of the brut and the fruitiness of the demi-sec. It is distinguished by its aromatic complexity and its finesse.
Serve as an aperitif, with white meats, with cheese (Camembert, Pont l’Evêque…) or with apple desserts.
