First produced by the Bianchini Family in the Apulia region in the 1920s, Burratina is prepared like Mozzarella. The key difference is that its white, creamy filling contains pieces of cream called stracciatella.
This Truffle Burratina features stracciatella enhanced with fragments of black truffle, adding an exquisite earthy aroma and flavour. Our Burratina comes from Casearia Faiello, a dairy farm known for producing some of the most renowned cheeses of Southern Italy using premium ingredients.
Soft, creamy, and delicate, this Burratina—the smallest version of Burrata—is perfect to enjoy as an appetizer or on its own.
It is also perfect served raw on a cheese platter or in a Caprese sandwich.
Store it in the fridge and consume by the best-by date for optimal freshness.

As a fan of burrata , this cheese is slightly too small and less creamy comparing to original size. The outer layer is more curdy. Still good. Personally prefer the original burrata
