Cheese Type: Curd cheese, Spun paste with truffle
First produced by the Bianchini Family in the Puglia region in the 1920s, Burratina is prepared as a Mozzarella. The difference is its white filled paste gets some pieces of cream inside called stracciatelle. Now, this Truffle Burratina has its stracciatella sparkled with Black Truffle fragments. Soft, creamy, and delicate, this Burratina – smallest version of Burrata – is perfect to eat as an appetizer or on its own. Cooking tips: perfect raw on a cheese platter, or in a Caprese sandwich, this truffle burratina will undoubtedbly be the star of your dish.

3 reviews for Burratina with Truffle
Cynthia Lian –
The truffle flavour is quite muted. Should be consumed ASAP
Jeffrey Chan –
I actually couldn’t taste much of the truffle but the burratina is still solid
Beatrice Ceresini –
The taste of truffle is very mild, suitable for most tastes, even for those who don’t go crazy for truffle pungent taste and smell.
