Cheese Type: Curd cheese, Spun paste with truffle
First produced by the Bianchini Family in the region in the 1920s, Burratina is prepared as a Mozzarella. The difference is its white filled paste gets some pieces of cream inside called stracciatella. Now, this Truffle Burratina has its stracciatella sparkled with Black Truffle fragments. Soft, creamy, and delicate, this Burratina – smallest version of Burrata – is perfect to eat as an appetizer or on its own.
Cooking tips: perfect raw on a cheese platter, or in a Caprese sandwich, this truffle burratina will undoubtedbly be the star of your dish.
Store it in the fridge for up to its best-by date.
