3 reviews for Cabrales
Nicolas Guyon –
This cheese didn’t quite hit the mark for me. I was a bit disappointed with this one.
Boothby –
Rather too salty, and not like other Cabrales I have had, in that there is a metallic taste to it
Paul C –
This seemed to me to be fairly “generic” blue cheese, with the slightly metallic tang that you get in, for example, “Danish Blue”. Not my favourite.
