Sassy tells a tale of two childhood friends who share a deep passion for cider and calvados. It’s also a story of their shared desire to rejuvenate those classic beverages. Armed with their personal experiences, these two friends embarked on their project.
This Calvados has been aged for a minimum of two years in oak barrels, imparting structure, complexity, and a refined finish. On the palate, you’ll notice a subtle wooden framework that preserves the essence of fresh apple, with the finish boasting a delightful smoothness and roundness.
Used in cocktailor on ice, indulge in this approachable spirit to start or finish a dinner.

This is a rather nice Calvados. It isn’t quite as smooth and rich as the XO, but it’s also over 25% cheaper. You pays your money and you takes your choice. Neither is a bad choice.
