It was there that Louis Napoléon Mattei conceived the idea of creating an aperitif based on quinine-infused wine, giving rise to Cap Corse Mattei before establishing his distillery. Today, the brand offers a range of spirits in line with Louis Napoléon Mattei’s vision: unique and quality products, combined with local ingredients.

With a fresh and floral aroma, the initial sip reveals a smooth and delicate profile. The taste begins with a refreshing hint of citrus and gradually evolves into a growing bitterness of quinquina on the back palate.

This edition is best enjoyed over ice with tonic or soda, and why not pair it with a glass of gin or mezcal (agave alcohol).
