Can be enjoyed hot or cold. To reheat, preheat the oven to 210°C. Remove the roast from its poaching liquid and bag using kitchen scissors. Place in an ovenproof dish and bake for 15 minutes to colour and crisp the skin. The roast is already cooked through.
