Beneath its fairly light, pale gold dress with green huer, this white expresses a very fresh, lively and mineral nose, with notes of flint, green apple, lemon, as well as undergrowth. Age makes it a little more golden and spicier.
On the palate, its aromas keep their freshness for a long time. Smooth and persistent finish. Dry and of a perfect finesse, this Chablis has a unique and very recognizable personality.
