While Domaine Oudin is still quite young (established in 1985), it was built on very solid foundations. Since 2007, the Oudin sisters followed the path of their parent and now farm 10 hectares of vines located on the hilltops which surround the village of Chichée, including two premiers crus plots. Women have taken over the winemaking reins in this fabulous domaine and we love it.
This Chablis delivers smooth vegetal and lemon notes. Taut on the palate, with a fine acid-fat balance, it displays a natural richness perfectly balanced by a mineral sensation that brings back notes of terroir.
Pairs greatly with a sea bass with fennel, or cod with cream sauce.
