Champagne AOC, Blanc de Blancs, Germar Breton

Starting from the 1950s and continuing to the present day, the Breton family has dedicated themselves to tending the vineyards of Aube. Among his siblings, Laurent Breton, the youngest, along with his wife Karine Breton, made a joint decision to venture into the world of winemaking. In 2005, they introduced “Champagne Germar Breton.” The name of the champagne is derived from the first names of their daughters, Gersande and Marcelline Breton.

The nose has aromas of stone fruits and exotic yellow fruits, underlined by hints of lemon and vanilla. Gourmet from the beginning to the end, the mouth is fresh and concentrated.

This champagne is appreciated as an aperitif and can also be served with fish and shellfish, foie gras and cheeses, especially Chaource. This light cuvée is also very pleasant to taste with exotic fruits or pineapple.
