Starting from the 1950s and continuing to the present day, the Breton family has dedicated themselves to tending the vineyards of Aube. Among his siblings, Laurent Breton, the youngest, along with his wife Karine Breton, made a joint decision to venture into the world of winemaking.
In 2005, they introduced “Champagne Germar Breton.” The name of the champagne is derived from the first names of their daughters, Gersande and Marcelline Breton.
A magnificent pale gold colour, a delicate nose with floral and toasted scents. The mouth is gourmet and aromatic with light acidulous hints. The tasting ends with a beautiful quality of texture releasing delicate aromas. The vintage 2014 is a Champagne good for aging with freshness and aromatic power.
Appreciated as an aperitif, it will delicately go along hot or cold shellfish, poultry with a white sauce, noble sea and river fish.
