Originally from the Champagne region, Chaource is often referred as the “Queen of Cheese” as it was the favourite cheese of the French Royalty in the 19th century.

Chaource Cream is a variation of Chaource cheese that has a higher fat content and a smoother, creamier texture.

Chaource cream has been created as a ready to use culinary ingredients for chef but is also often use as a spread or dip with a glass of Beaujolais or Chablis.
Should be stored in the refrigerator in parchment paper.

    Other than being used as a spread, adding to pasta or scrambled egg is also quite good

    I like this cheese spread very much, particularly on toasted onion bagels. It has a nice rich tangy flavour to it, but doesn’t overwhelm other things (eg putting some salmon on that bagel too).
