Cheese Type: Uncooked, Unpressed, soft cheese with pepper rind
In the Jousseaume family, the production of goat cheese is the result of traditions mastered over three generations. Their excellent quality of cheese has been awarded by many national and international competitions.
Their Chardin is a soft farm cheese with a natural rind made from raw goat milk.
This version, coated with Madagascar pepper, is slightly spicy with woody and fruity notes. The pepper is trapped in the thin cream-coloured crust that has developed.
In the mouth, Chardin leaves a very fresh lactic taste with notes of hazelnut. The spicy notes perfectly match the lactic freshness of the cheese.

Sauvignon blanc, Dry white wines (Pouilly-fuisse, Sancerre blanc)
