Healthy and natural, Charolais beef cattle only eat grass, fodder and cereals. What’s more, they are allowed to grow at their own natural pace, to ensure exceptionally high-quality meat.

Known from all the meat lovers, the Rumsteck is a tender and delicate lean piece that keeps its juiciness and flavour.

This piece of meat can be cooked in different ways: grilled or pan-fried. Rumsteck is also a piece of choice for your carpaccio or tartare.

How to eat?

Cook for 1 to 2 minutes each side of the rumsteck for a medium-rare cooking

    Instead of being one thick cut, the steak is separated into two smaller thinner pieces ( around 1 cm thickness)
