Produced by the historic Agricolitori del Geografico coop in Tuscany, this 2022 Chianti Riserva “Pazzi” displays the depth and elegance of extended oak aging. Uncorking it reveals a fragrant nose of dried cherry, dark plum, and subtle hints of leather and sweet spice, paired with a deep, radiant ruby hue.
The palate offers a rich, velvety mouthfeel grounded by firm, structured tannins and a lively core of Sangiovese acidity. Complex layers of ripe red fruits, warm oak, and earth unfold toward a long, warm finish. Refined and full-bodied, it captures the classic, traditional spirit of the Chianti region.
It pairs beautifully with hearty meat dishes like bistecca alla Fiorentina, braised beef, or roasted lamb. It also stands up exceptionally well to bold, aged cheeses such as aged Pecorino, vintage Gouda, or sharp cheddar.
