Amedei was founded in 1998 by the siblings Alessio and Cecilia Tessieri and named after their maternal grandmother. A company with tradition that, after years of hard work, can boast of producing one of the best chocolates in the world. This was also the great dream of the two founders, who from the beginning pursued the goal of producing their own chocolate directly from the cocoa beans.

Toscano Black is made from a blend of Trinitario and Criollo cocoa featuring a clean, crisp palate, and the distinctive notes of a masterpiecey processed bean. The 70% blend dominates the scene with its authentic aroma. Upon tasting, the structured taste bursts after the initial delicacy.
