Ninon Briane established an artisanal cidery at the heart of Terrasses du Larzac in 2022. Having transitioned from the wine industry, she planted age-old, rustic apple tree varieties from Aveyron and Normandy in this renowned gravelly terrain.
La Sansée offers a crisp and clean taste. It is refreshingly dry with a delightful balance of natural apple sweetness and a hint of acidity. The absence of sulphites allows the pure apple flavours to shine through, providing a genuine and authentic cider experience.
Serve as an aperitif, with white meats, cheese (Camembert, Pont l’Evêque, Brie…) or with apple desserts.
