Cheese Cellar Artisan is the in-house dairy of Harvey and Brockless, a British company specializing in the production and distribution of artisanal foods, collaborating with food producers worldwide. Situated in Worcestershire, the Cheese Cellar Dairy is under the guidance of the young artisan, George Bramham. Trained at the School of Artisan Food, he decided to apply his expertise in crafting goat cheeses.
Clara Goats Cheese is adorned with a delicate layer of ash, imparting a significant influence on its ultimate taste and texture. The cheese’s interior is rich and creamy, offering a buttery essence with a burst of lemony accents and traces of freshly cut grass. These flavours lead to a lingering and savoury finish.
The soft red fruits of a Tuscan rosé create a delightful beverage pairing. Alternatively, you can enjoy it with white wines like Sauvignon Blanc or Chenin Blanc.
