The bulging orange-streaked rind suggests Époisses from France, but Cossanella is more delicate. From the Piedmont region of Italy, this small washed rind cheese features an ivory interior with subtle hints of mushroom and verbena, a satin sheen and the consistency of soft serve. Perfect to be spread on bread.
