In the autumn of 2015, Château de l’Escarelle began building a new storehouse in its estate. To their great surprise, during the building work they uncovered two statues depicting a couple of cheerful cherubs! That’s wine they called this wine ‘Les deux anges’ (meaning: the two angels) which draws its inspiration from these statues.
Subtle and elegant with wild strawberry and citrus fruit on the nose. The palate is clean and fresh with beautiful smoothness and mango and pomelo notes.
Les deux anges will go perfectly with summer salads, beef skewers with Provencal herbs, seafood paella, cheese platter and seasonal fruity desserts. The choice is yours!
