Enjoy the remarkable Côtes du Jura AOC, Savagnin Typé, crafted from 100% Savagnin grapes and aged for 3 years in oak barrels. This wine captures the signature Jura character, with rich aromas of walnuts, hazelnuts, and fresh morels, lifted by subtle spice notes. The palate is complex and long, making it an excellent alternative to Vin Jaune for both drinking and cooking.
Serve gently warmed at 16 °C to appreciate its full range of aromas.
