Today, the passion for the art of cheesemaking has been passed down to the third generation, and it is the brothers Luc and Jean-Michel DONGÉ, supported by their family, who continue to uphold this time-honored craftsmanship.

Sometimes, slightly sharp it is the best serves with berries at the end of the meal.

Red wines (Beaujolais, Cote Beaune)
