Coulommiers also known as Brie de coulommiers is a soft bloomy rind from the city from the same name in Seine et Marne.

Coulommiers has a soft bloomy rind. It smells of fresh mushrooms combined with aromas of cream and warm milk. It is a little bit thicker and creamier than its cousin Brie.

Sometimes, slightly sharp it is the best serves with berries at the end of the meal.

Keep it in the fridge, wrapped in cheese paper.
