Coulommiers cheese is the cousin of Brie cheese. Indeed, it was initially produced to solve the transportation problem faced by Brie due to its large size. As a result, Coulommiers is smaller but thicker than Brie with a creamy texture accompanied by a buttery and nutty flavour.
