A luxuriously creamy cheese from Burgundy, Cremeux de Bourgogne is a decadent affair.
Very similar to Brillat Savarin, its sweet, mild and milky pate is so delicate it will simply melt in your mouth. If you like creamy, this triple cream cheese is a definite winner for you. This truffled version will delight all the gourmet.
It is often served as a dessert cheese and pairs well with full-bodied red wines such as Cabernet Sauvignon or Syrah.
Should be stored in the refrigerator wrapped in parchment paper.
