Cheese Type: soft cheese with bloomy rind
The triple cream pasteurised cow’s milk Crémeux des Cîteaux, exclusive cheese from the cheese master Rodolphe Le Meunier, reaches a minimum of 75 % of fat. This bloomy rind is creamy with a thick consistency and a sour cream taste along citrus notes when it is young. Aged, the flavours will develop and the cheese will get a buttery and pleasant brioche smell. The mushroomy and elegant taste of the Tuber Aestivum Black truffle creates a good balance with the slight acidity of the cheese. Easy to spread on a slice of bread or to enjoy as a starter, it will sure bring out the magic of Christmas during your festive meals!
