Produced by Fromagerie du Thouet, situated in Azay-sur-Thouet within the Deux-Sèvres region, Délice à la Fleur de Sel is a small goat cheese aged with Guérande salt. Guérande salt is a natural, unrefined sea salt, sun-dried, and sourced from the Guérande Peninsula on the Atlantic coast of the region.
Creamy and smooth, it features fresh and floral flavours with a slight touch of acidity.
Keep the product in the fridge in an airtight container up to its best-by date.
