Produced in Pradamano, by the Bonato Famiglia, the harvested grapes and the bunches of grapes are pressed softly to obtain the “flower must”. After decantation, the wine is poured and set to refinenment for some months in steel basins.
This wine presents a yellow straw dress with light greenish hues.
On the nose, the perfume is elegant and intense, even delightpiecey fruity. With a dry palate, it is soft and harmonic at the same time, making it a great all-day drink and yet a brilliant ally for pasta, seafood and poultry dishes.
