Pack Includes:

• 1x Tome Fraîche (Small), 250g
• 1x Potato, Agria from France (Organic), 500g
• 1x Cream (Fresh), 200g
• 1x Churned Butter (Unsalted) – Baechler, 250g
• 1x Garlic, White from Spain, 100g

Aligot Recipe:

1. Peel and boil the potatoes with a clove of garlic until tender.
2. Mash them with butter and warm cream until smooth.
3. Add grated Tome Fraîche gradually over low heat, stirring constantly.
4. Pull and fold the mixture until it becomes silky and stretchy.
5. Season lightly and serve hot with your Aubrac Ribeye for the ultimate Aveyron experience.
