This dry sausage is produced by Léon Chaillot house, traditional master saucisson maker from Ardèche in the Massif Central region since 1947. In this mountainous range, expert craftsmen have been perfecting the art of raising the finest pigs in France for centuries. Leon Chaillot house is concerned with guaranteeing the authenticity of a centuries-old heritage.
This dry sausage shaped in “U” is made from fresh pork. It has slowly matured in the dryers and developed a unique forest mushroom flavour.
Ideal to taste during your aperitifs, it’s the perfect partner for a lovely glass of wine!
